Musée Gilles Villeneuve

Within minutes walk from the hotel, the museum offers a tour divided into three parts: Gilles Villeneuve and Jacques Villeneuve (uncle and son). Magasin Général Le brun

Travel back in time with a visit at the Magasin General Le Brun. Museum recognized as a historical site by the Ministry of culture, it exhibits more than 7000 artifacts and relates the story of Mr. Odilon Lebrun, owner of this iconic 20th century store! For more information, visit their website.

Cuthbert Chapel

Berthier has the oldest Protestant chapel built in Quebec. The Cuthbert Chapel, originally designated under the name of Chapel St. Andrew, patron saint of Scotland, was acquired by the Government of Quebec in 1927 and became a historic monument in 1958.

Église Sainte-Geneviève

The first Berthier church was blessed in 1729. It was replaced by the current church, which opened in 1787. In 1812, two towers appeared on the front of the church and the statue of St. Genevieve was installed there in 1821. The sacristy was enlarged in 1839. Amable Gauthier expanded and decorated the nave in 1844 .
